As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the success of your own desk. You will be handling the end-to-end recruitment process: generating new accounts, building up a pipeline for your own desk, preparing advertisements, shortlisting and interviewing candidates against job requirements, arranging interviews and providing post placement services.
Previous experience in recruitment is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Likewise, experience of working in one of our business areas (Sales and Marketing, Banking, Accountancy and Finance, Gaming & Entertainment, HR and Business Support, Hospitality & Tourism or IT) or in a business development role would be useful.
You will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. You should also be a self-motivator with a strong ambition to succeed and, most importantly, Passionate about People.
