Mark Hammons is Director of macauhr and Engage, the author of a standard reference book in the career consulting industry, English Resumes, and a recognized authority on personnel recruitment in Greater China. For eight years, he was a consultant to the London International Advertising Awards committee after a highly successful TV and print advertising career (Ogilvy, Mercedes Benz). Mark founded Vitae, which provides resume writing, interview coaching and career consulting services to organizations in Greater China.

Mark is heavily involved in public communication projects. He helped launch Taiwan’s first English-language news program and a bilingual regional TIME Inc. publication. He frequently lectures on human relations topics for corporate and university audiences.

Before coming to Engage, Alex Lu recruited for a multinational firm that principally focused on construction industries. Alex’s technical team worked on such projects as a hotel/casino in Macau, highways and tunnels in Hong Kong and high-rise complexes in South China.
