Q: What do you charge for your services?

A: Our fees are related to the seniority and experience of the individual we place with you, so please contact us with details of any role you would like to recruit to, and we can provide further information. You will not, however, incur any charges until the candidate passes a probationary period ( 1-3 months for permanent candidates, depending on salary). This is our guarantee that we are providing you with quality individuals.

 

Q: How can you ensure that we receive quality candidates?
A: Our candidate search and shortlist can only be as good as the role brief with which you provide us. Our first task, therefore, is to ensure that we get a comprehensive job description and profile of the type of person you require (skills, qualifications, experience, character etc.). It is then down to the skill of our Consultants to match any suitable candidates we already have registered with us to your job/s or - if we do not have any matches - to go out to the market on your behalf and find candidates who meet your requirements (or both, in order to furnish you with a good shortlist of candidates). We vet all candidates thoroughly before we recommend them for a role, so we are always confident in our choices. Also, no fees are charged until a successful appointment is made, so the ultimate test of candidate quality is down to you.

 

Q: How do you go about sourcing candidates?
A: Our extensive database contains candidates who possess a wide range of experience and skills. We also have access to various international databases to search for targeted candidates overseas as well as established partnerships with recruitment agencies around the globe.
